Renters will contact you directly by telephone or by sending you a message submitted by a form from the website. Your contact information is displayed on the listing, but your personal email address is hidden.

Inquiries asking for any personal information, banking information, asking you to wire money, or participate in an unusual bank transaction is a scam. We will never email you asking for personal information. If you believe that you may be a victim of fraud, please email us immediately to report the incident. Do not open any external links in the email.

No. A subscription term is 12 months. You can choose to not renew your subscription plan, but you can’t cancel it before the 12 months is up. You can choose to make your listing inactive, but you will not receive any refund or be pro-rated the difference.

You will not be refunded if you sell your property. Please remember to delete the listing and notify any future guests who have reservations.
