RENTAL POLICY:

Check In time is 3:00 p.m.

Check Out time is 10:00 a.m.

All rates are subject to 12% State Tax

$500.00 Damage Deposit

Cleaning Fee of $250.00

Full prepayment is due 90 days prior to arrival

All rates and taxes are subject to change.


CANCELLATION POLICY:

If the guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the rental monies will be refunded as follows:

75% if canceled 120+ days prior to the guest Check-in Date

40% if canceled 90 to 119 days prior to the guest Check-in Date

There is no refund policy less than 90 days before the guest Check-in Date

There is a $200 cancellation fee for all cancellation requests regardless of Check-in Date.

Additional banking fees may be charged with cancellations, depending on the method of payment
